1. The offer
Eligible clients who become paying clients of KPI Media through this offer receive a 15% discount on KPI Media's monthly management fee, applied for the lifetime of their continuous active engagement. The discount applies to KPI Media's management retainer only.
2. What the discount applies to
The 15% discount applies only to KPI Media's monthly management fee, which is the fee you pay KPI Media to plan and run your campaigns. It does not apply to your advertising spend, which is paid directly to the advertising platforms with no markup from KPI Media. It also does not apply to add-on services, one-time or project fees, or any third-party costs. The management fee is set according to your monthly ad budget, and the 15% is applied to that fee on each qualifying invoice for as long as your engagement remains active. As your budget and fee scale, the discount scales with them.
3. This offer replaces the KPI Guarantee
This offer is provided in place of, and not in addition to, KPI Media's KPI Guarantee (the 50% retainer refund). By enrolling in this offer, the client waives the KPI Guarantee for the full duration of the discounted engagement. The 15% discount and the KPI Guarantee cannot be combined or applied in the same period, and the client cannot claim the guarantee retroactively for any period during which the discount applied. A client who later wishes to move to the KPI Guarantee may do so only by ending the discount. The discount will stop from that point, standard rates will apply, and eligibility for the KPI Guarantee will be subject to KPI Media's standard guarantee terms and criteria.
4. What "lifetime" means
"Lifetime" means the period of continuous active engagement between the client and KPI Media that begins at onboarding under this offer. If the engagement is paused, cancelled, or terminated for any reason, the discount is forfeited permanently. It does not automatically revive if the client re-engages KPI Media at a later date. Any subsequent engagement is on KPI Media's standard terms in effect at that time.
5. Eligibility
To be eligible, the client must hold an eligible Business Mastercard, become a paying client of KPI Media under a separate service agreement, and engage KPI Media's advertising management services. This offer is available only to net new clients of KPI Media. Businesses that are current KPI Media clients, or that have engaged KPI Media within the preceding twelve months, do not qualify. This offer is available only to clients with a monthly advertising budget between SGD $5,000 and SGD $125,000. This offer is open to businesses in any market KPI Media is able to service.
6. KPI Media client requirement
This offer is available only to clients who engage KPI Media and pay KPI Media's management fee under a separate service agreement. KPI Media's fees, scope, payment and cancellation terms are governed by that separate agreement. The discount modifies the management fee under that agreement and creates no other entitlement.
7. Mastercard payment requirement
As this is a Mastercard-exclusive offer, the client is required to pay for their advertising spend using an eligible Business Mastercard. Should the client use an alternative payment method, KPI Media reserves the right to review, suspend, or withdraw this offer at its discretion.
8. General
This offer cannot be combined with any other KPI Media offer or promotion on the same account. KPI Media may amend, suspend or withdraw this offer for new sign-ups at any time without notice. The discount already granted to an active client continues on the terms above. Nothing in these terms creates any liability for Mastercard. The service is provided solely by KPI Media on the terms it determines, and Mastercard accepts no liability in connection with the offer or the service. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
